We had such a lovely evening at our latest Baltic–Nordic Women’s Circle, where we came together to focus on Women’s Health and Wellbeing — along with a shared iftar that created a really warm and relaxed atmosphere for connection and reflection.
The evening brought together an amazing group of Baltic and Nordic women in Dubai, all looking to connect, share experiences, and support each other in both personal and professional growth. It felt open, supportive, and genuinely uplifting.
We heard from two fantastic speakers:
Mille Rostock shared insights from her 25+ years in health and wellness, diving into the link between gut health, hormones, and overall wellbeing. She gave practical tips on everything from digestion to managing hormonal changes and navigating perimenopause and menopause.
Natalija Rubery took things in a slightly different (and really powerful) direction, focusing on mindset. She talked about how our thinking shapes how we feel and what we achieve, and challenged the idea that we need external changes to feel better. It was a really thought-provoking session that resonated with a lot of people.
The event took place on Wednesday, 25th February at The Strand, Palm Jumeirah.
A big thank you as well to our sponsors, Lunette and OKKIA, for their support.
All in all, it was a really special evening — full of great conversations, new connections, and plenty of takeaways to bring into everyday life.
