Leader effectiveness training (LET)
Today, the idea that effective leaders need to be both human relations specialists as well as task specialists is firmly established. One without the other does not work. Leader Effectiveness Training (LET) will offer you a leadership model and the comprehensive set of tools you need to become a more effective human relations specialist.
At the heart of the LET model is the principle that effective leaders must build and maintain good relationships with their team members. To that end, this program focuses on relationship-building skills empathic and accurate listening, open and honest sending participative problem solving, no-lose conflict resolution, and noncoercive methods of managing people.
With practice and commitment, you can fully integrate these skills into your life and as a result you will better accomplish the tasks for which you are responsible.
During the workshop you will learn how to use each of these skills so you will be able to put them to work immediately bot on the job and at home.
