Testimonial from one of the Finnish Mentees:

“I participated in the Nordic Mentorship Program 2021-2022. I was just starting up my own business and I was looking to have someone to exchange my ideas with and to learn more about the UAE´s business world. During our meetings with my mentor, we discussed about concrete actions to be taken when starting up a business and brainstormed around my original business idea. Having someone experienced share his knowledge about the business life in this region helped me focus on the right things and it was just the kind of support and couching that I needed. Throughout the year Nordic Business Councils organized events for all the attendees in the program and these events were perfect for networking and having meaningful discussions with like-minded people. The best thing about this program is that the mentorship is built entirely on your personal goals and together with the mentor you try to find ways to achieve them. I highly recommend this program to everyone.” - Saara Santanen
