Mentorship Program
Through the Mentorship Program, we connect ambitious young professionals with experienced executives and entrepreneurs. Our mission is to foster a meaningful exchange of ideas, knowledge, and experience between mentors and mentees. The program offers a platform for personal career development, practical business advice, and valuable networking opportunities, designed to strengthen the bond between senior professionals and the next generation of talent.
For Mentees
You will have the opportunity to learn directly from professionals with deep industry experience. This includes tailored guidance on career development, insights on overcoming workplace challenges, and support in shaping your business ideas and long-term goals.
Open to Nordic Business Council Members only
Maximum 5 applicants per company (additional applicants subject to availability)
Fee: AED 150 incl. VAT
For Mentors
Mentors, also Nordic Business Council Members, will benefit from engaging with emerging talent, gaining access to fresh perspectives, and possibly identifying future recruits. Above all, mentors will experience the satisfaction of guiding a mentee toward personal and professional growth.

Free of charge
The program is based in the UAE and includes in-person events; therefore it is essential that participants are residents of the UAE.
The program is organized in collaboration with the other Nordic Business Councils in the UAE.

Kindly note that if you participate you are expected to engage with your Mentor/Mentee and it is the job as the Mentee to drive the program. During the 6 month program there will be at least three meet ups with the other Mentees/Mentors where you are expected to attend.

22 September 2026 - Mentorship Launch incl speed-networking and pairing of Mentorship Couples
27th October 2026 – Check in, separate one for Mentors and Mentees - Webinar
19th January 2027 - Midprogram Meet-up
27th April 2027 - Closing Dinner (An extra cost will apply which includes the dinner)
