AI as your Career Superpower - Young Professionals

Experience Is Being Repriced. Long Live AI-Native Intelligence.

How 3 Years of AI-Native Work Can Rival 15 Years of Manual Experience

The Finnish Business Council (FBC) the Swedish Business Council (SBC) the Norweigan Business Council (NBC) the Austrian Business Council (ABC) and the Italian Business Council (IBC) Young Professionals invite you to a provocative, high-energy evening that challenges how careers, value, and “experience” actually work in 2026. While the event is primarily aimed at young professionals, anyone interested in the topic is very welcome to join.

Here is the shift: in many knowledge-work tasks, AI collapses the experience curve. Studies show major gains in speed and quality when people use generative AI well, and the uplift is often strongest for less experienced workers. That creates a new advantage for ambitious young professionals: not because seniors are obsolete, but because AI-native execution can compress years of learning into weeks of verified output.

In this session, Tommi Linna, CEO of Aigentics, breaks down how the new winners work: they do not “use AI”, they orchestrate agent workflows that turn messy ambiguity into high-quality deliverables, fast. Expect live demos of multi-agent AI systems tackling real business problems, workplace scenarios where traditional experience is outperformed by AI-native thinking, and a hands-on workshop where you design your first agentic workflow.

This is not a ChatGPT tutorial. It is a practical session on how to become the person who ships outcomes, not drafts.

What You Will Learn

•      The difference between an AI user, an AI power user, and an AI-native professional, and why only the last one compounds

•      How agentic workflows let one person produce the output quality of a small team, without losing control of correctness

•      Experience Arbitrage: how to position yourself as a higher-ROI hire than candidates with 10+ years more experience, using proof not claims

•      How to demonstrate AI-native competence in interviews, client meetings, and performance reviews

•      The most important career skill in the AI era: verification and judgment, especially on the “jagged frontier” where AI can help massively in some tasks and mislead in others

•      Why Nordic professionals often have a cultural edge here: clarity, trust, systems thinking, and execution discipline, and how to turn that into credibility in the GCC

The session features live demonstrations of AI agent swarms working in parallel, a hands-on mini workshop, and a curated AI-Native Starter Kit delivered via QR code.
