The session will cover essential aspects of Negotiation, including the various forms of Negotiation and important elements such as thorough preparation, understanding interests, effective communication, emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity. Furthermore, we'll delve into key concepts like BATNA ("Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement").

Additionally, we will talk about the future of Negotiation and its evolving landscape in contemporary business environments, integrating  Artificial Intelligence. We will discuss the responsible use of AI tools, emphasizing transparency and improved decision-making processes to optimize outcomes.

Speaker bio:

Amar Lazazi is the Head of Procurement of Nokia Mobile Networks Business Group in the Middle East and Africa Market, actively transforming and enhancing the role of Procurement as a business partner and growth enabler, and positioning Procurement at the forefront closer to the internal and external customers.

Prior to Nokia, Amar held various leadership roles in the Procurement and Supply Chain, for major leading Telecom and IT companies in the Middle East and Africa region.

 As a continuous learner, he enjoys sharing knowledge and experience with professionals from different industries as well as students and young talents, participating as a Speaker and Panelist in various conferences and events. He is an active member of the prestigious CIPS "Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply", and he is actively contributing to the evolution and innovation in the Procurement and Supply Chain function in the region.

 With 22 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain, Amar will bring a wealth of knowledge and practical insights, that will enrich the training session.
