Expo City Dubai will again be in the limelight of the world when COP28, the 28th UN Climate Change Conference, takes place from 30th November to 12th December 2023. COP28 will be the first Global Stock Take after the Paris Agreement. Join our COP28 introduction webinar which is the first part of sustainability related series of events and activities that FBC will organize leading up to COP28!
COP28 is primarily a negotiating event between most of the world’s countries, but year by year the side events in connection with COP meetings have grown broader. UAE and Expo City Dubai have expressed their aim to make COP28 bigger by number of participants than any COP earlier. They are also encouraging the private sector involvement in the content of the pavilions and events during the COP28.
Other Nordic countries have had pavilions in previous COP meetings, and it is high time to rise Finland’s profile also in the COP context by joining in with Finland Pavilion – COP28 FinHub.
